I liked only the Jamaican front desk agent she was very polite & helpful. Next morning different staff different attitude felt I was somewhere else.

I did not like the staff for morning specifically a young or old lady with blonde locs. I’m visiting all the from another state. We were already having an uneasy morning & decided to extend our stay because our rental car was basically a lemon. There were some mix up online with me booking online and the lady not being able to see she came to the room I had no idea she wanted to discuss about not seeing a payment I thought it was about noise complaint. After clearly seeing tears in my eyes the lady proceeded to tell me with a very nasty attitude she did not see a pay and when attempting to show her she walks away and instructs me to just come down to the desk. I say ok I walk in the room to put some clothes on I get a call about 3 mins later on the hotel phone I assume it was the front desk so when I answer I proceeded to let her know I was on the way down was putting some clothes on myself and little child to come and get the payment stuff together the lady just start to act crazy yelling saying we didn’t pay she doesn’t see and she called the cops so don’t even bother I told her well if you don’t see a payment I don’t mind paying geese what’s all the attitude an yelling for it’s clearly a mixup you couldn’t see my request for an extension she says okay come down. I get to the front desk this lady is still fired up I’m completely calm. She literally says “Lady you don’t have no money you’re broke, just say that and just forget it I already called the cops y’all gotta go” I was flabbergasted the most ghetto and unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced not expected in the south at all. I still remained calmed explained to the young lady that there isn’t an issue between you and I there is clearly a misunderstanding you’re saying you don’t see it and I can see the money pulled from my Klarna account waiting for someone to approve the next day extension.

Personnel vraiment sympathique et très serviable.
