I tried to cancel day before scheduled check in, was allowed but received none of my money back. Now that I try to contact the company, no answer??
Bed sheets all stained, garbage can full of garbage when we arrived, check in is at 3pm, room wasn’t ready, we checked in at 4:15pm. Kitchen had a yellow liquid that I had to clean, kids playing knocking on my door. Found cockroaches that’s why we checked out. It was way too much.
We stayed there a few times with my AAU basketball team in the hotel was immaculate but this time it was dirty bathroom was dirty always dirty we were a little disappointed
Room was dirty when I arrived, there were used towels on the sink and floor. Toilet was dirty crumbs and trash on the floor. Sheets were dirty and stained. Over priced for the conditions and quality of the room and service.
I was not pleased that we had roaches in our room. We already have to be cautious with Covid but to kill roaches is another story.
It was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again.
