"Just a lot of little things that if fixed or corrected would have made the stay more enjoyable."

The staff was great, location excellent, and the noise level during the night also was great as in no noise. It worked for a one night stay.

The room we stayed in was beat up. Wall needed painting, clothes hanger on the back of the bathroom door was torn off as well the door stop had a hole in the door from someone jamming the door open. Room didn't have any information on the time the breakfast ran from ( unless I missed seeing it). No hangers in the closet. TV remote was missing only had the Direct TV remote and I couldn't get it to work the TV. Also could have had a little more information on the direct TV and how to use it. Entry door was beat up on the inside like someone had tried to get in the room from the hall with the door latched.

"Worst Americinn ever!"

The breakfast was the only good thing about my stay.

When the heat was turned on the curtains blew all the way out, completely exposing the windows. I had to use metal clips to keep them closed. The cold air was blowing through the windows frame in the subzero temperatures. The room was in complete disrepair, had an awful odor, vending machines empty, but the worst part is my card was charged $50 deposit and I never received it back. I called them and was told "the funds were released" but they have not been added back to my card! What a scam! I will be filing a formal complaint. I have stayed at other locations and never had an experience like this. I have reservations at another location soon and I am looking g forward to a better stay. I seriously believe I was scammed out of $50.

"Convenient location"

Dahal at reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping did a great job, too. The bed was comfortable and there was little distracting noise. Easy parking.
