Staff was great very nice & helpfully. The room was very clean & comfortable.

Walls are kinda thin could hear our neighbors like they were in the room with us. & I still haven't received my deposit back & it was supposed to go back on my card the next day.

It was quiet, except for the maids taking phone calls in the hall.

The maids were incredibly loud and it was unkind. The chair was peeling. The lamp shades were cracked and had burn marks on it.

The staff was helpful and kind.

The lamp shades were ripped or broken, the windows wouldn't close all the way. There were Christmas stickers on the window. It looked like these were the rooms reserved for partiers. Rugs were pulled away from the wall. Rented adjoining rooms, both rooms were unsatisfactory for the price we paidThe rooms were in such disrepair. Would expect that with a super cheap motel....but this was suppose to be a Hotel of good standing.

"I had my niece with me and my grandson spent the day with us on Saturday. We enjoyed our stay."

Breakfast was great. It tasted very good and was all we needed to start the day. Location was a little further drive then we expected, but not terribly long. This was our fault as we did not know the area well and choose the spot. Staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. We had no problems with our room.

There was no water in the pop machines. All most all the pop was sold old. Water was sold out. It was frustrating as we didn't arrive early and didn't want to go back out. We made do with what we could get. Would have been better if there was water bottles.

La habitación tenía las alfombras sucias, habían pelos en el piso de la ducha, todo se veía descuidado y viejo.. no lo recomiendo, hay otros hoteles cercas a menor precio y con mejor comodidad calidad y servicio
