Had to move to one room to another. TV didn’t work nor the refrig. Had to get a key made twice cause wouldn’t open the door to the room.

ROOM WAS DIRTY , SHEETS WERE STAINED , ROOM DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICS POSTED . BATHROOM WAS REALLY BAD. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Hotel overall was way below average condition for the star rating. Large roach in the room as soon as we walked in but too late to do anything about it since reservation was non-refundable. Hardly anything that qualified as breakfast and the most clear and tasteless coffee I have ever come across. Save your money, pick another place.

"NASTY, FILTHY DUMP. SLEEP IN THE SEWER INSTEAD"

Worst hotel experience in my years of travel. Upon Check-in, inexperienced nightstaffer, insist that my pre-paid booking has to be paid to the hotel as well. She ran our credit card number, without ever seeing the card, off of Hotels.com info she had on her computer. So we were charged twice. She refused to understand why this was wrong, and kept saying, "You paid hotels.com, but now you have to pay us to" And charged our card, without a signature or authorization. We agreed to talk to someone more intelligent in the morning. Went to our rooms. Absolutely disgusting. Pillows appeared to show the imprint of the previous sleeper. Partially made bed. "Love" stains all over the room. Bedspread, sheets, sofa, counter tops. I cant even show the pictures here. Excrement smeared on the bathroom wall. Toilet disconnected from the floor. Cigarettes on the floor. I booked a cheap hotel, I accept low quality. I do not expect utter filth. Argued with the manager the next morning, who did refund the extra charges but was very rude to my girlfriend in the process. He is very lucky to still have teeth. This place needs to be shut down. I'm very, very tolerant and understanding person. To get me upset, you have to really work hard at it. They succeeded.

The weather stripping on the door was not sealed very well. The tv was supposed to be on a wall mount but the bracket was broken. Also the remote only worked for the cable and not the tv at all. Other than that the staff was really nice and it’s location was very easy to find.
