Tried to charge me almost double what the advertised price was. I broke down on my way back to Georgia and put my car in the shop. I asked if I could check out at 12 instead of 11, so my dogs wouldn’t be out in the cold while I went to pick up my car, and they told me no. I asked if I could put them in a little side room at the main office and again he said no. Things where broke in my room and a huge hole under my door. The shower in the room I was in had 2 settings, freezing cold or fire, there was no in between. Staff was nice all except the manager he was rude and very unwilling to work with you.

"Ok for cheap"

Duck taped hair dryer. Stained towels. Poor condition of pillows. But I paid a cheap price so I got what I paid for.

My room door didn’t work tve whole time they had to unlock my door every time I left my room and Bathroom light didn’t work. Four of us in a room two double beds only had two towels. Ask for another one they said only if we stay a extra night? What so called front desk he said house keeping would bring it never did. Very sorry service.

I didnt like anything the room was dirty sheets were stained bed skirt had mildew on it ice machine was not working soda machine was broke no breakfast due to maintenance issues and key wouldnt work to get in room the guy had to come break us in plugs would not work in room and bathtub leaked all over the floor was not worth the money will never stay here again

"Pass by this one"

It took 15 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk to check in. The first room issued had a television that was inoperable, got second room and it smelled musty, the sink vanity was coming off the wall and the toliet was not installed properly with a not fitting tank lid. Hotel charged higher rate than booked on site.
