"Needs updated "

It needs to be updated. The bathroom shower knob broke when i tried to turn on the water. The sheets and blankets had holes in them. The carpet needs to be replaced. It was gross looking. There was holes in the walls. The place was falling apart. It wasn't pleasant to look at outside either.

"MISERABLE EXPERIENCE!"

I was terribly disappointed in the Diamond Inn! I feel that their photograph of the room (the one pictured here) on your service is extremely misleading. Nothing looked or felt clean, I did not want to even sleep in the bed. We had to ask for toilet paper. The shower was appalling. The ice machine had no ice. Everything felt unkempt, old and worn out. It was a miserable experience. I was very concerned that some person might break into my car and felt the price was comparable to much better hotels. In other words, I would like my money back and feel I was not the only one that must have felt that way as there was a very prominent hand written note at the window where you check in that says "NO REFUNDS"! I will hesitate to use Hotels.com ever again after this miserable and improperly represented "hotel" experience!

Nasty place. Do not stay here. First room offered, the bed wasn't even made. Smells heavily like cigarettes in both rooms we tried. We got in late and were desperate to sleep, but next time I will keep searching for another place.

It was the dirtiest room I ever stayed in. If I was not so tired I would have left. Carpet was nasty, used soap in the shower on and on. Really bad.

The lighting above sink and vent in bathroom would probably not pass inspection because of wiring. One of plug ins didn't even work. The toilet tank didn't even fit the toilet. And toilet, itself, was disgusting. We were very disappointed.

The bathroom and linens were filthy. The room wasn't clean at all!!! I would never stay here again!!!!
