Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. For all prepaid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note, there is limited hotel parking available (charged) which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the hotel car park is full, metered parking is available near the hotel. Please note guaranteed premium car parking at the property can be pre-booked at a rate of NZD $15 per night.
