Villa Rama

Lokalita a areál sú veľmi pekné. Ubytovanie priestranné.

Veľmi škoda, že zariadenie je staršie a hlavne neudržiavané. Aj keď posteľné prádlo bolo čisté, zvyšok zariadenia si vyžaduje dôkladne upratovanie. Teplá voda bola vždy, aj keď vo večerných hodinách tlak vody bol slabý. Veľká škoda, že majiteľ mu nevenuje viac pozornosti. Pláž je vhodná pre plavcov a odporúčam topánky do vody. Vzhľadom k tomu, že sme si ubytovanie rezervovali v predstihu, bola cena veľmi výhodná, no išli sme tam s obavou, lebo posledné recenzie boli veľmi zlé.

Jedynym plusem Villi Rama jest lokalizacja, w spokojnym mieście, bez tłumu turystów oraz basen na zamkniętym, pięknym, bardzo zadbanym i bezpiecznym osiedlu i pobliska (skalista) plaża, doskonała do nurkowania, ale nieodpowiednia dla małych dzieci.

Dom jest BARDZO zaniedbany. W stosunku do innych domów na osiedlu najgorszy. Na miejscu okazało się, że obiekt i zadeklarowane sypialnie to dwa różne budynki, o czym nie było mowy w ofercie. Zdjęcia nie pokazują stanu faktycznego. Nie zgadza się ilość łóżek. Nie we wszystkich sypialniach jest klimatyzacja. SANITARIATY TO DRAMAT. Na 3 i pół łazienki działały tylko 2 toalety. Na ponawiane prośby o naprawę toalet otrzymaliśmy informację, że mamy korzystać z tych, które działają (byliśmy ośmioosobową grupą). Kolejne prośby były bez odpowiedzi. Po przyjeździe okazało się też, że w domu nie ma gazu, w związku czym nie działała kuchnia oraz nie było ciepłej wody. Wszelkie naprawy i uruchomienie pieca gazowego musieliśmy robić samodzielnie. Minusem jest brak parasola w domku (na plaży są dziury w skale na parasol, ale brak parasoli). W domkach, mimo że obiekt pobiera wysoką opłatę za sprzątanie (o czym w ofercie nie było mowy) jest brudno. Przez okna niewiele widać, za łóżkami syf, łazienki sprzątnięte pobieżnie, grill brudny, nieprzygotowany. Wyposażenie domku bardzo kiepskie i bardzo stare. Z kanalizacji łazienkowej śmierdzi. Odpływ był totalnie zapchany, więc pobyt zaczęliśmy od czyszczenia odpływu. W domku właścicielka nie zapewnia nawet rolki papieru toaletowego. Obiekt ma niesamowity potencjał, więc bardzo przykro się patrzyło na to, jak jest marnowany, szczególnie, że niewielkim wysiłkiem i niedużym nakładem finansowym można byłoby z Villi zrobić perełkę.

The architecture of the villa was pretty. The villa had functioning AC (and that was probably the only thing working)

Where to start from? - We arrived and one part of the villa was dirty and the cleaning lady confirmed she did not clean that before our arrival. - We didn’t have bed sheets for our first night, and some had to sleep on bed/sheets that were used by other guests before our arrival. - The lady responsible was just using excuses over excuses ( the laundry place was closed we couldn’t wash the sheets / the guy that had to clean the sheets had an emergency / check in has to be later because of some “problems”) - Gas and hot water switched off regularly during our stay - 2 out of 4 toilets did not flush and did not get fixed and when we told them the problem they said “yeah.. that’s a different story” - more than half of the lamps and lights didn’t work - mosquito net in one room was fully broken - one room has no AC but a fan (that was broken at our arrival) - the pool was not ready to be used and only got cleaned 3/4 days after our arrival - After calling with the responsible, she AGREED that the situation was unacceptable, and told us they would reimburse 2 of our nights. The money still didn’t come and what did they say? “We had some internal problems”

Not far from Aci Castello. Own parking, safe territory. Big rooms.

I should say , that the manager tried his good by check in, and to solve the problems that we had. But the problems spoiled the accomodation. First the manager showed me the main electrical panel, explaining what should we do, if it wouldl blow the fuses, and it could happen if we would use many appliencies simultaniously. I thought it would not happen, because we did not plan to use many electrical appliencies at once. But it has happened. 4 times in the evening!!! And the only supplier were the bulbs. So nigher I nor my relatives had any pleasure going out downstaiers and switching the main switch again and again... Then we smelled gas in the kitchen. And it seemed to be a problem with a boiler, so we had to turn off a boiler, the technical specialist did not come the same day and the next day and these two days we had to have a cold shower. I think the owner new about these problems. He'd better solved this troubles. The furniture seemed to look not modern and new, but it was ok for this price. We notices dog hair in different places of the accomodation. A swimming pool was this time now very clean, so we did not dare to swim in it.

Very difficult to find the place. Walked up and down the street to find the address and after numerous telephone calls the owner came and let us in the gated compound.

Loved the location and surroundings. The enclosed estate of quite remarkable houses gave a sense of security and intimacy. Claudio was a perfect host and responded to our requests in a timely and friendly manner. Bearing in mind there had been an Etna ash incident (nothing major or of concern), the property had been cleaned up immediately prior to our arrival. The private pool and beach were superb, and suited our aim of a simple, safe and quiet holiday. The property had all the modern conveniences expected. The town of Aci Castello is pleasant, idyllic and historic, with all necessary amenities and only a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing and huge mushroom houses. Naomi and Moreno kept us updated about everything and they well looked after us everyday. Swiming pool is clean and well located. Also we have had an own beach which is awesome. We will back for sure!!!

The wll being of the location Amazing. Staff were very accommodating , fix any problems straight away. Easy to always get hold of some one . Location is close to all amenities.

Time went to fast There was not enough days to fit all the activities in to . Pizza delivered to the wrong gate as there are two entries.
