Electricity issues led to reduced availability of airco

Fabrizio was excellent in checking us in. He showed us all the details about the place. The place was spacious and the pool was nice. The best part was the private beach just minutes away, so we had a rocky beach practically to ourselves! Great location, too. Aci Costello is a nice town with some good restaurants. the people were also very friendly!

The place is a bit dated so the electrical and plumbing had a few challenges. It was in the summer and we had to monitor the use of the air conditioners so the fuses did not blow. I never could get the blow dryers to work. The washing machine did not work, but the management provided extra towels to offset.

Great location and beautiful view

Didn’t meet my expectations of cleanliness and customer service. Very dirty pillows, and when we asked to get some clean ones, they sent us only two pillow cases. I have attached a picture of the dirty pillow. Very disappointed.

Great location for day trips arround Sicilia , beutiful private beach. Great service and advices from Moreno ! Nice places to sit in the yard and balcony.

Don't use the shower together with openinig of other taps in the house (kitchen for example) or you will have low water pressure (:

The all estate looks very interesting with a lot of green and private sea access.A lot of space inside and outside. Huge patio, actually 2 patios which one has the sea view. Beds very comfortable.Private parking .Highly recommended for bigger groups.

House a bit old. Furniture looks a bit dusty. Maybe just needs more attention to cleaning. Some appliances doesn't work. It's actually great house but needs more human touch 😊

Nice location, house surrounded by a garden with similar houses like it sharing garden and pool.

The house needs fixing. The owner promised to send someone to fix but nobody came. Two tv sets don't work, a radiator oozing water, an electricity switch in bathroom hanging out from wall, the water steamer had smoke coming out of it when we highered the temperature to shower. Dangerous indeed.

Excellent location. Lovely greenery and views.

Dated furniture. Toilet only upstairs.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The apartement is large and the private beach is exciting.

The furnitures and the facilities are little old.
