The room was clean ans it was huge. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Price was way cheaper than most. The hallways and carper could use some updating, but the room was clean and great value.

Breakfast wasn't appealing, but I was fine without it.

Easy access into the building, not to far from the old section of town. Location was the key away from the flooding in the area due to the thunderstorms rolling through the area.

Fix the handicap wheelchair shower pan/tub area from overflowing into the bathroom.
