Outbound Mammoth

Parking lot under construction and unavailable without warning prior to booking. Had to walk down the block with our luggage to park off site. Walls and floors are paper thin- suggest getting a second level room. Dated rooms. Bar was closed.

Leslie was super amazing. Love the place and our villa was the best stay ever.

Great location. No signage to tell you where check in was as parking lots were mostly blocked. Rented room which slept 6 for myself and family. Arrives to find towels for 3 and glasses for 2. Called front desk and was met with 2 lovely housekeeping staff and 8 sets of towels and 3 paper cups. Room was updated with mini splits in each room. Super helpful for 3 couples. Kitchen area was mostly clean but could stand a once over prior to cooking anything. Toaster was super old but sufficient. Chip at the wine bar was awesome and a welcome addition to the family:) we will for sure stay again, property just needs to be dialed in a bit.

This is a lovely property. Our room was great. Clean and comfy. The flowers and dog areas were nice. There’s a bar/restaurant on property. They were grossly understaffed (I was told it was the “in-between” season. Can’t always tell if it’s going to be busy. I had issue with my food order that took way too long to rectify but management took good care of us on the back end. Thank you! I would stay here again. Nice property!

The outside was pretty. The staff were kind. The room walls were thin and you could hear the rooms next door and above. The in room coffee was a weird bag you had steep.

Room was small and slightly stuffy. But clean and comfortable. The outdoor common areas definitely make up for the small room - lovely landscaping and places to gather. Easy to walk to good restaurants- the restaurant/ bar on property was also very nice.

Our room was so dirty and so old. Black mold around the sink, dust everywhere. They do not have enough space for parking ( right now it’s construction zone in parking area) It’s so terrible It’s not worth this money at all

We were not informed (even at check in) about the major construction taking place right outside our window. They were doing a major repaving project that they forgot to mention. Work started before 8am and did not conclude until after 530pm. Totally unacceptable.
