SureStay Hotel by Best Western Lenoir City

My name is Darrell. Ken Patel the General Manager is absolutely awesome!! I work next door and currently don't have a car. And he was very willing to work with me on my room price. He's an awesome guy!

My stay was in mid-May, for a UT graduation. I was looking for lodging no more than 30 minutes away from Knoxville, and costing notably less than $100/night. With a AAA discount rate, the calculus worked out well for this hotel. The pleasant young woman at the front desk when I arrived was cheerful and made the check-in process easy. My single king-size room was clean, comfortable, and attractive, looking exactly as in its gallery photo. I was able to control its climate easily. The shower was roomy enough, and gave good water temperature & pressure. The sinktop coffeemaker was handy, with good-flavored coffee packets. I highly recommend the free breakfast offerings; I found the coffee choice there most rewarding. The breakfast space had nice small tables at which to enjoy one's breakfast. I had the pleasure to meet the hotel's owner and enjoy some conversation with him. The surrounding businesses offered just about anything I needed for food and fuel. Despite being located just off of a well-traveled crossroads, the nighttime noise level was minimal, and the room gave a sense of cozy quiet. The TV offered many good channel choices, and the general daytime atmosphere was placid and low-key. Were I to come to this region again, I would be happy to stay here again. I recommend it, especially for its proximity to Knoxville and the UT area.

This charming motel run by Ken and his staff is a family friendly gem. Each room is neat and tidy and boasts a TV, Fridge, Microwave, and coffee Maker. The linens are fresh and the beds are comfy. The friendly atmosphere includes an outdoor pool on one side and a quiet road on the other. Breakfast is included. Best part - your pooch is welcome!! You will enjoy this quiet, clean accomodation.

The property needs to be upgraded. The paint on the bathroom wall coming off. you can tell they don't vacuum the floor because there was dental floss on the floor when I got in the room and when they clean the room why i was out it was still there. They other thing was people out in the parking lot smoking pot. It was so strong I thought I was going get high just walking by.

The Gentlemen at the desk was very pleasant, excellent service, clean room, and customer service was superb. I'm so thankful and would recommend their establishments.

The room was dark and quiet overnight.

I booked a non-smoking room on Booking.com. When I received the confirmation email, it said I had reserved a smoking room. I tried to contact the property immediately to have it fixed and didn't hear back from them. When I checked in, I explained what had happened. They charged me $17 extra for a non-smoking room because they said I booked a smoking room. I'm annoyed to have paid more than what I expected. It is also annoying because, logically, a non-smoking room is easier to clean than a smoking room. Finally, the room smelled faintly of smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the top sheet on one of the beds.

the room smelled very moldy, and there were stains on the ceiling, and a burn hole on the comforter The pool wasn’t open due to the water being cloudy and gross. There was used tissues in the bedside drawer.and in another drawer there was a empty can of body spray
