The Owner/staff were professional. The food was basic breakfast. The coffee at the cafe' was delicious. Easy access off I-75, great price, quiet and comfortable environment.

I could see that there had been repairs to the room; the wall behind the bathroom door, the ceiling in the main bedroom. However these were put together sloppy. I paid for one dog, when walking the grounds, there were an unnecessary amount of dog waste in the grass. I realize that this is up to the travelers to pick-up after their pet, never-the-less, it was disturbing.

The staff wasn't friendly at check in when I was asking questions, the door looked like it was kicked in and wouldn't shut completely, the room wasn't clean... sheets and blankets had spots and stains on them as well as on the pillows. Human and dog hairs all over the sheets and blankets, smelled like someone hadn't showered or washed their hair for weeks on the sheets. The floor hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. Stains on the towels and didn't smell fresh either. The ceiling had partial paint strips with a blue paint rather than the white that the ceiling was. The bathroom ceiling and walls you could tell there was mold and water damage. The showerhead was leaking so bad onto the wall that it was bubbling. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned as there were poop smears on the outside of the bowl. The microwave had food splattered inside and dirty finger prints all over the front. The refrigerator hardly stayed cold for the couple of items I was able to put in there as there was only 1 small shelf. When the air was on, it smelled so dirty. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I couldn't even sleep in the bed on the sheets or under those blankets. I had to use my clothes to sleep on and didn't run the air. I asked the front desk once I evaluated the room if there would be any way I could cancel my reservation I had for the next day with them and only stay one night because of the conditions. He explained he was not authorized to do that and I would have to wait to talk to the manager that wouldn't be in until late that night to tell him everything to see. I had driven 8 hours and was way too tired to wait until he got in to discuss all of this with still the possibility of not getting a refund, since my card was already charged for my entire stay previous to even getting there.

Convenient location

Initial room heater did not work, instead of just offering to switch our room they gave my wife a space heater. We did eventually get our room switched but guy at the front didn’t seem happy about it.

It was nice for the one nnight we needed to stay
