SureStay Hotel by Best Western Lenoir City

It was good and clean, also the bed was comfortable but a little high off the floor for short people

Not a good location

A little run down and could use some updating. But not terrible if you just need a quick place to spend the night.

Quick check in. Wanted a first floor room and had to beg to get it. Should have put that in my reservation request. Breakfast is not much unless you want cold cereal or a waffle. But Waffle House and Shoney’s is 1 minute away. It was quiet and all the guests respectful. They asked each day is I wanted maid service. Beds we’re comfortable.

Dirty room and breakfast was not good.

I always feel well rested every time that I stay here.

Excellent hotel. We'll stay here again!

They had to move us when we first got there bc the room was nasty not been clean hair in the sneak and tub sheets was nasty trash everywhere the the sec room the put us in there was wholes in the wall bugs ECT
