SureStay Hotel by Best Western Lenoir City

Great pool. Clean room. Highly recommend

I stayed here for one night and will never return. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation—it has a noticeable odor, and the rooms are extremely outdated. I used the vending machine to buy a drink, inserted $5, and didn’t receive my change. When I brought it up to the front desk, the staff member was rude and simply gave me the manager’s number. I called the manager, but he was also dismissive, claiming the vending machines aren’t their responsibility and that he had no proof I actually put in $5. He then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Other guests being to loud. Working on their car, revving their engine, waking me up.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was fine. Bed was great. TV didn't work but the owner came and got it working. I would have liked to have been downstairs, but no biggie. It was right across the street from good food and gas and close to where I needed to go. No frills, but that's ok. I just can't believe a little hotel room like that is $120 per night for 1 person. Oh well.

They were very accommodating. Both rooms smelled like smoke. 2nd room was better

We stayed about 10 minutes and left without any recompense for our other 2 nights.

After requesting a ground floor room, we were given a room on the 2nd floor - no elevators..all stairs. My wife is still recovering from a pleurodesis and going up those stairs took every bit of effort she could muster. I got her to sit on the bed so that she could recover her normal breathing pattern. hen she normalized, she stood and went to the sink. She screamed. There was a German cockroach in the bathroom sink. I killed it and went down to the office. I gave them the entry cards back and informed them of exactly what I just keyed in here. I told the man that we were checking out...he could keep the 1st night charge because we had checked in. I felt that that was fair. then I asked if he would reimburse me for the remaining 2 nights. "No. I cannot do that. Call Booking.com and see if they will work with you." There was no compassion for my wife having to endure this treatment. Just an "oh, we're sorry". I left with steam blowing out of my ear canals!!
