Beauty of the beach

False advertising about the room we book and the "nickel & diming" of all the extras you had to pay for. Also the lack of ethics when it came to who had to pay for the extra charges.

Check-in was quick and easy, staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, room was clean and spacious, ocean view was good. We enjoyed being a short walk through the hotel to the beach, a truly great location. Convenient to the Brevard Zoo, a can't miss attraction when coming to Central Florida.

The bed was not as comfortable as the one at the Altamonte Springs Hilton we had been in all week for work. We did not care for the coffee maker, it was cheap and inefficient; we much preferred the Keurig that was in our previous room

The only thing you’re paying for is the location. The facility itself is in poor condition, with beat-up, scraped, and worn-out sofas. It’s completely overpriced and underdelivered. To make matters worse, the front desk staff is rude at best. Our friend booked us a night stay, and he had to call on four separate occasions, speaking to four different people, just to ensure that our name was on the booking. Even then, we still had problems checking in!

Terrible hotel. I don’t have a good word to say about it. Room not clean. Badly needs updating. Forget housekeeping ever coming. I requested them twice today to no avail. Parking is extra. WiFi is extra.
