Le wifi fonctionnait mal dans la chambre, mais bien dans le reste de l'hotel.

Rooftop is a lovely space to relax and use the plunge pool, staff were really friendly and very helpful, giving us lots of tips when we arrived. Location was good, quiet but close, it’s a couple of streets set back from the main market streets and you have to walk past a construction site, but it was well lit and quick so no problem. Breakfast was tasty.

Small thing as we did enjoy our stay, but the shower could use some improvement, it was warm which was great, but the pressure was quite low and the waste cover in the shower floor was old and not clean, needs replacing. Was looking forward to breakfast on the rooftop, but was told it had to be on the main ground floor due to staffing levels. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have had it on the rooftop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with easy access to all the sites. Very good recommendations for restaurants for dinner. Staff went above and beyond to address needs and very early departure. Thank you Youssef.

The bathroom area was great. There was a slight odour, perhaps from the water, which was a little wonky. Closing the door solved the problem.

Everything ,the staff were amazing, beds were comfy and the rooftop was amazing great place to stay,location fab

The breakfast but thats not really a negative thats just because im not a bread lover they do offer juice pancakes tea n coffee and a cake

Our stay at Riad Signature was absolutely perfect from start to finish. My young adult daughter and I were greeted on arrival by Mary and given a well needed, refreshing mint tea. Mary was so welcoming, gave us advice as it was our first time in Marrakesh and guided us from the Riad to the nearest ATM and the square to help us get our bearings. The other staff including Mohammed and Yousef were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a smile from them. They were so lovely and accommodating, whatever the time of day. Again the lovely ladies who cleaned our room daily were diligent and always smiling. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bed was just the best! We chose this Riad for its proximity to the square and the promise of it being an oasis of calm - it certainly was that. The roof top area is perfect to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the media with the sound of birdsong. The plunge pool is ideal for cooling down rather than swimming in. All in all Riad Signature and the staff were fantastic, I will definitely be returning with my husband.

Quiet, attractive space inside the riad; large comfortable room; friendly helpful staff. The location is just a short walk to the Medina. We would stay here again.

Breakfasts were a bit basic.
