The staff were exceptional, very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. On our last day, they kindly prepared breakfast for us before opening hours and even printed our boarding passes at the last minute, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere felt warm and homely, making it easy to relax. The rooftop was a particular highlight, peaceful in the evenings and rarely crowded. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

The location of the riad is excellent - it is well placed for Jemaa el-Fna, the Kasbah and the Medina (we also found a quick way to the northern part of the Medina avoiding Jemaa el-Fna) and also handy for local tours as there is a pick-up point 15 minutes away. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble and Youssef arranged a taxi to the bus station for us on our final day. We were also greeted on our evening arrival with tea and cake and friendly advice about Marrakech. The suite we stayed in was quiet, clean and the beds super comfy. We also enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace with a drink in the late afternoon.

This was my sixth time in Marrakech, and I’ve stayed in a different riad every time — but this one made me the happiest. We booked six rooms for our group, and every single person was satisfied (which, for a group, is honestly a small miracle 😄). The rooms are larger than most riads, beautifully designed with a strong sense of character, and very clean. And the best part? Everyone got a proper hot shower — something you don’t always get in Raid, so this alone already won our hearts. But what truly made this stay special was the people. I have to give a special thank you to Youseff, the night receptionist. He is one of those rare people who genuinely care. Always attentive, always kind, always ready to help — and not just doing his job, but going beyond it. You can feel that he takes pride in what he does. In the world of travel, you visit many places, but it’s people like him that you remember. I truly hope to see him again next year. This is a hotel that pays attention to the little things — and those little things make all the difference. From the team to the overall experience, everything felt thoughtful and sincere. Highly recommended. And yes — I will definitely be back.
