Our experience in Nashville was amazing, since the moment we checked in, Mr. Mike was really friendly and professional, and all the staff were friendly. The process was smooth and very nice. Arrived at our room, very spacious, nice view, clean, and the A/C worked properly. The room had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Breakfast was ok, but it was what you can expect when your breakfast is included. The location was very convenient for us as we didn't rent a car, we walked to restaurants, the Centenial park, the Cathedral, and on the 4th of July, we walked to downtown to have the crowded experience. Amazing. Walking back into the hotel, there was live music, and the bar was open until 11 pm. The parking garage is clean, safe, and free. There was some construction, but no noise or things that could interfere with your stay. We will defenetly will go back and stay here.

We love this hotel! Has a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms and wonderful location to lots of great places!

The property was clean and a decent location, staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad, the gym was nice but the indoor pool isn’t great. The rooms were a nice size and pretty clean.

The price of parking is outrageous especially because you can just drive in and out with no security or protection so I’m not sure what you’re paying for.

Check in was at 3 so i waited until 3 to check in and get the day started only to be told to return in 30 minutes because room wasn't ready. Also the whole place is under major construction . Didn't have to hear it but everything was a work zone and not a beautiful $220 per night hotel. Not to mention the waterbottle in our room was $6 lol. And parking was $35 nightly with broken entrance gates
