Great stay, some things needed fixed.

I’m not sure why all of the positive reviews? They talk about customer service but nothing about the actual stay. If you want to sleep avoid this hotel! I have stayed here three times (not by choice). The road traffic noise and flashing light billboard outside , even with the poorly fitted black out drapes, make it very hard to sleep throughout the night. When it has been brought to the attention of the front desk they recommend sleeping with ear plugs and or a white noise machine. There is nothing the hotel can do to reduce the noise without modifying the design of the building which was built without any exterior noise insulation. It may be cheap and convenient to everything but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to downtown Broadway and also to Mid-town. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were decent and felt clean but needed to be revamped. Peeling wallpaper, stains on the carpet, and on the sofa . Nothing that would deter us from booking again tho.

This places had the best front desk staff and managers. They went above and beyond to make our stay wodnerful. We arrived early and instead of blowing us off they let us do an early check in since they had a room ready. Was perfect !!!!!

Breakfast was only ok and no variety.
