The water was out when we got there and they didn’t tell us till after we had already checked in. The bathroom was so gross and the toilet didn’t work.

There was a ton of thick red mud everywhere on the side walk and in the parking lot. I almost fell getting out of the car and it didn’t get any better. They made no attempt to clean it up and it had not been raining for days. Don’t know where it was coming from but it’s a health hazard.

The staff was amazing and the 2nd room was clean.

The first room we had didnt seem to be wiped down, half the lights didnt work and it smelled of mold. The second room was alot cleaner but my mattress had a huge dent in it and you coukd feel the springs.
