Super 8 by Wyndham Austell/Six Flags

This place is in horrible condition, smells musky, paint peeling from all the doors, curtains filled with holes, paint peeling from bath tub. The dining area was dirty and unsanitary. I skipped breakfast cause I could chance eating as this is definitely the worse hotel I have every booked on hotels.com

The stay didn’t happen. Upon arrival for check in, they asked my name and said that my prepaid reservation was canceled. I was not able to get a refund or stay at this place.

The shower is rusty and the bedsheets had holds allover. The night lamps are rusty and very old.

Appearance is misleading and not up to date. Policies are not transparent and vague listed on Expedia in reference of $100.00 cash deposit. I paid ahead of time and within half an hour arrived at location to be happily greeted about there’s a deposit from rep. I stated i was not informed of this I would like a refund and she stated “You’re not the first it happens all the time”. So they know people are being misled but refuse to disclose this important information and take people’s hard earned money for free in exchange for nothing. Who knows how much free money they have collected. I was not comfortable or felt that it was worth it to have an additional $100.00 tied up with a raggedy establishment. I wanted budget friendly and decent this is not what this was. Because I did not want to pay deposit I lost my money because apparently it is no refund but I was not told it would be an additional fee of a security deposit. This is not okay and they are scammers because once you pay Expedia the hotel gets paid and it’s not right. I will be disputing this because I did not receive services for charges that I was took for. I want everyone to be aware and call and drive by hotels before paying ahead.

1. Room Denial & Delay: Upon arrival, the hotel initially denied our booking, stating that the property was full. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were forced to wait over an hour at midnight before being given rooms. 2. Rooms Placed Far Apart: We had clearly requested rooms close to each other in the booking comments. However, both rooms provided were located very far from each other, ignoring our request. 3. Unacceptable Room Condition: The rooms given to us were in extremely poor condition, resembling under-construction units. At 12:30 AM, we had no choice but to accept them for the night. • Microwave and refrigerator were not functional. • Both rooms were dirty, with leaking sinks and toilets. • Bathtubs appeared broken, with signs of ongoing construction. • Door latch screws were loose/broken, compromising safety. • Door key cards did not function properly. The front desk representative even advised us not to close the door from outside because the keys were unreliable. 4. Forced Early Checkout: Due to the extremely poor condition of the rooms and lack of basic functionality, we vacated the property the very next morning, even though we had booked for multiple nights.

The bed was made the tub was dirty and had hair in it and wouldn't drain the fridge had a smell it it that was outside of this world I only reason it finished my stay it was late and I had worked 12 hours
