The pools were very good The water park was good The hotel was clean And there was a wide variety of food

More meat dishes, more active and happier fan team, The room keys kept breaking, which was very annoying.

I liked many things like the fact that our room was cleaned every day, a lot of variety in food, grilled meat or fish every night, close to Kingdom of legends, everyone was nice and tried to help. Cocktails are amazing, you cant even tell they are all inclusive cocktails, sweets are delicious and there is always food on the beach, around swimming pool and pastry shop with free pastries opened until late. Entertainment also is absolutely brilliant! Kids disco and entertainment for adults.

They dont have any options for gluten free or lactose free. People with intolerances feel like aliens there. I had to speak to reception, guest relations, chefs and waiters , use google translate every day to ask for my almond milk and lactose free yogurt. Its the first hotel that has no option available for people with food intolerances. Plus the cold dishes have no allergen label, so you dont know what it contains. However, they went the extra mile for me, and bought me the almond milk and lactose free yogurt , so I highly appreciated that. The other dishes I couldnt not even touch them, I just had grilled meat and grilled veggies every day or salad but it was ok in the end

Hotel średni, gdyby nie bliskość Land of Legends oceniłabym lokalizację dużo niżej. Duży basen na plus, jak też zjeżdżalnie wodne. Nigdy nie brakowało leżaków, ale też nie należę do osób, którym zależy na miejscach w pierwsze linii do basenu. Drinki/piwo spożywam sporadycznie, więc nie ocenię jakości, sądząc po innych gościach chyba im smakowały. Wieczorne pokazy dla dzieci całkiem nam się podobały. Nie braliśmy udziału w atrakcjach dla dorosłych. Goście hotelowi z różnych stron świata, sporo Polaków.

Lokalizacja jest nieciekawa. Bus na plażę jeździ faktycznie co 20 minut ale plaża sama w sobie nie zachęca do odwiedzin (byłam raz i wystarczyło), wybrałabym się może na zachód słońca, ale wtedy hotelowy bus już nie dowozi. Jedzenie średnie, jak to mówią, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i nie chodzi głodny, moim największym zarzutem jest to, że jedzenie jest zimne. W resturacji,w porze kolacji, przy pełnym obłożeniu hotelu brakuje miejsc, a stoliki są sprzątane bardzo wolno. Obsłudze na sali brakuje jakby werwy. Bardzo wolne windy, korzystaliśmy więc wyłącznie ze schodów.
