Property Notes

The hotel is 1950 meters away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes. Beach shuttle and services are offered between 01 May and 31 October. Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October. Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance. Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions. Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally. When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A prepayment deposit via 3D secure system is required to secure your reservation according to payment and cancelation policy of your reservation. The property will contact you book to provide instructions. WINTER CONCEPT (01.11 - 31.03) The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season. Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day. The outdoor swimming pool with 5 slides is heated during the winter season. Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed. Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Ok Food’s horrendous and beer effs No real fizzy drinks although it shows Food re cooked and the same every day I couldn’t wait to leave and go home I complained about it and got told to have a nice day lol 😂 Flys on the food Beds never changed it’s a 3⭐️no 5 at all

"Decent."

Worth a read *** Just spent 10 nights here. Hotel is very nice, rooms clean, staff friendly, slides are awesome and keep everyone busy. Food has a great variety but is very very repetitive which to be fair after 10 nights it's expected. The Asian restaurant in my own personal opinion isn't great. Questionable food. The hotel at the moment is at capacity so very busy hotel which shows a lot of que jumping and the life guards being over worked as there seems to be a complete inability for people to look after their children and respect the hotel rules. Drinks - cocktail menus and drinks quality is really good. Games room is good. Disco is okay if that's your thing. Indoor clothing shop, guy who runs it is an absolute gentlemen will help anyone. Indoor market is absolutely ridiculously over priced. 2 kinder eggs 1 bag Doritos 1 can Effes was £25. Outside hotel there is markets either side a fraction of the price. Mosquito 🦟 - hotel is hammered with them as there is a river that runs at the back of it. Almost everyone is covered in bites. Entertainment team - awesome, really impressed alot of work goes into entertaining and the kids club is awesome too. Enjoyed my stay but a return trip is not on the cards. There is a charge for the Hena tattoo is a jaw dropping £20 to last 1 day.

I would highly recommend this hotel as everyone here is very nice and welcoming the bar staff the reception etc. rooms are always tidy and so is the restaurants the pools and waterside are what made this trip the best trip for me.

Toată lumea foarte amabilă, everybody was Okay, Begum and Emre helped us I loved it. They let us stay after check-out because our flight was in the evening.thank you
