The hotel is 1950 meters away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes. Beach shuttle and services are offered between 01 May and 31 October. Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October. Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance. Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions. Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally. When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A prepayment deposit via 3D secure system is required to secure your reservation according to payment and cancelation policy of your reservation. The property will contact you book to provide instructions. WINTER CONCEPT (01.11 - 31.03) The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season. Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day. The outdoor swimming pool with 5 slides is heated during the winter season. Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed. Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. مكان رائع وخدمات مميزة يحتوي على مسبح كبير ومميز ومطاعم منوعة والبوفيه منوع وأكلات ممتازة ، ويوجد عدد من المحلات التجارية داخل الفندق كانت مفيدة في حالة ملحة ، الفندق قريب من ارض الأساطير ولكن لا تزال بحاجة الى سيارة

فترة الغداء والعشاء قصيرة جدا من 12 لغاية 2 والعشاء من 7 ولغاية التاسعة مواقف السيارات قليلة وفي أحيان كثيرة نضطر لإيقاف السيارة في أماكن خارجية وخارج حدود الفندق

Сервис на высоте ,ну конесно же питание это самое главное в любом отдыхе оно на 10баллов шеф повару респект.

Единственный момент детская анимация очень слабенькая и тренажеры в спортзале сломаны часть .

Amazing location, warm and clean water in all swimming pools, great slides, spotless rooms with air conditionar, welcoming and hard working personnel in the hotel, amazing evening entertiments, tasty food and lovely drinks, fast service by the bars. We got a beautiful room with a view for the pool, it was enough food for every single guest, my son got a birthday cale with candels waiting for him on our arrival day - the hotel made our stay unforgettable - we are greatful and will be back!

Everything was good, I have no feedback about what was not as we enjoyed our stay in the hotel from very 1st minute!

إطلالة جيدة توجد مسابح متنوعة عرض سيرك بسيطة وجميلة

الاستقبال سيء وغير احترافيين الضجيج لآخر الليل مزعج دي جيه طاولات الطعام لم تكن بتلك النظافة ،، كراسي الأطفال كانت مغطاة بأكياس وهذه تحسب لهم بعض الطعام غير ساخن وبعضه غير ناضج مما تسبب لنا بوعكة صحية

I had a really enjoyable stay at a hotel in Belek. The weather was amazing the whole time, perfect for lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun. Speaking of the pool, it was one of the highlights — clean, spacious, and a great place to chill out. My room was also excellent: modern, comfortable, and spotless, which made it easy to relax after a day outside. The only thing that could’ve been better was the food choice. While what was available tasted fine, the variety wasn’t as wide as I’d hoped. A few more options would’ve made the dining experience match the high standard of everything else. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Belek. Great facilities, lovely atmosphere, and with just a bit more attention to the food selection, it would be pretty much perfect.
