Clarion Inn Near China Lake Naval Station

The room was clean, but there were cockroaches in the bathtub.

Young man who checked us in was extremely helpful. A later desk person was less friendly. The layout of the rooms around the pool was pleasant.

A superficial remodel made the room appear attractive, but the bathroom was old. The toilet was too low, I had to hold the handle a full ten seconds for it to flush, and even then it took a second flush. No USB ports anywhere, and no plugs near the bed for a breathing machine or night time computer work.

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Appreciated being able to park in front of our room/downstairs as requested.

Floor could have been cleaner. Didn't like that this could have been an adjoining room, noise from adjacent room seemed louder than it might otherwise have been in a 'single' room. Figured out that putting old-fashioned a/c unit in 'sleep mode' kept the noise quieter overnight

My last stay at the Clarion was pretty bad. On this trip, I really did,nt want to stay there again. But it was the only room I could find on short notice. But I was impressed with the re-modeling on my room. It was clean, comfortable and quite. Well done.

Great housekeeping and front desk service I recommend this Clarion to all my friends and family I most definitely will be returning and staying here again maybe I will try out the suite it comes with a patio and there's one with the propane grill right outside

It was old and a bit dated but clean and comfortable.
