Breakfast was good. Room size was big for the price.

Door didn't close very easy. Needs adjustment. Remote to tv didn't work very well. Most of the grass was dead or nonexistent.

The best part of our stay was the morning breakfast. The rooms seem to be more like a 2-star hotel but they were clean and comfortable and service was excellent. Overall the environment of the place was great. I loved the place and went back a second time.

I quite late in the evening and asked if there was a room available. The service at the reception ( Nik) was awesome: polite, forthcoming and so helpful. I felt directly welcomed. The rooms are also absolutely nice snd tidy, it is really worth checking in!

Waffles work!

Given that the price per night was VERY affordable, the room I stayed in was just as comfortable as any of the much more expensive hotels I’ve been put up to in the past. Comfortable bed, WiFi that actually WORKS, large TV. Friendly staff. Great experience overall. Not to mention the “on-premises” cafe (Roxanne’s) served me with what I can only describe as the best steak and eggs breakfast I’ve ever had. I come to this town a couple times a year. I will definitely be booking here again.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot. The night before I put in an email request to change our booking from a single king bed to a double queen. There was no reply from the hotel. When I checked in the hotel had no record of my change request, and charged an additional fee for the room. The room had two beds but they were full size beds, not queen and both sagged in the middle. I went to turn on the air conditioner but there was no power. It was a simple fix but required I get on my hands and knees to plug it in. Our next issue was the TV which was not hooked up correctly and required a call to the front desk to have someone adjust the setup. The following morning I went to take a shower which didn’t work. After breakfast we went back to the room but our key cards wouldn’t work. The office refreshed the cards, but again they did not work. The handyman (he was great) was able to open the door and would be back to repair it. We packed up our stuff, loaded the car and headed in for the last few items when the wind blew the door closed which required another trip to the office and another visit from the handyman.

good coffee and breakfast; warm staff; very comfy room; drugstore close. AC worked well. Food on site; good price.

no grassy area for dog. heard every word of guy next door very long phone conversation!
