Clarion Inn Near China Lake Naval Station

We had trouble flushing the toilet and in the morning of checking out the maid came knocking at 9am was told we are leaving in 1 hour so then came back knocking in 15 minutes.

They allow you to make your own breakfast in their cafeteria, with eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins yogurt and cereal. The location is central in the town.

We were supposed to get two double beds, but were given a king bed. The room was not only out of date, but in need of some repairs. Also, there was a large cockroach in our room.

Great location for exploring the desert

The fridge on the table. Very strange, it should be on the floow.

Nice rooms, good size, and just far enough off the road to make it a bit quieter.

The desk clerk put us next to some construction workers that were up at 5:30 am and stomping all around the place, in & out of the room about 5 times before finally leaving. Message for management: Put those guys in their own area of the hotel and spare your other guests the annoying noise. You’ll have more happy and repeat customers.

The bar was good and the breakfast room very good.staff were all good

Old room but clean.,but I suppose reflects the price
