"Lovely property with great amenities and lovely staff."

Location is perfect for downtown, Restaurant(s) and Marketplace were very good.

First room assigned, although clean and nice, for the value, was not optimal, but staff were very immediately very cordial and reassigned us to another room that did meet the value somewhat better.

"Could use some updates"

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The location is great! The room we were originally given was a bit run down with mold in the shower and a damaged bathroom door that didn’t stay closed. The hotel team moved us to a new room next door and it was much better. The fire alarm went off twice during the night at 4am and 5am so we didn’t get the best sleep. The pantry for Bonvoy members is a nice touch and great to grab snacks and a quick breakfast. Would stay here again but it would be great if the hotel could do some updates to the rooms and the gym which are showing signs of wear.

"Wonderful place to stay - small touches went a long way"

Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were amazing. Loved that lots of guests were locals coming for a xmas treat. Decorations and festive touches downstairs were really appreciated. Christmas Day Breakfast was great - staff were wonderful. loved the photobooth and games / movie room for the kids.
