Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort

The location was fantastic. Great view of the Okanagan.

Pillows too soft.

Beautiful hotel, but not worth the money when it’s off season

Most of the staff were nice except for one girl, the one who checked me and she was a little abrupt and not so friendly. I like that the staff took time to help me figure out which room I wanted, she showed me three different ones to choose from because I'm kind of picky about my room location. Most of the staff were very very helpful when I had a question or needed something The room was clean.

Well the biggest thing that is bothering me is that the gym is not in good shape. There's less and less equipment in it every time I go there. There needs to be two more benches in there for doing weights with, they need nice new stretching mats, the ones in there are disgusting. The Swiss balls are dirty and not inflated enough so I don't even know why they bother keeping them in there. There needs to be some small bands and long bands, and a couple more attachments for the cable Tower. One of the reasons I stay at the hotel is for the gym, but it's getting worse and worse over the years , not better. The other thing that bugs me is that parking is so expensive. I can see $25 a day but $35 is really too much. The coffee in the restaurant isn't very good I think they could get a better brand and also offer a medium or light roast, it's very dark and heavy tasting. I typically find the beds very comfortable at this hotel however the room I had this time the bed was getting very saggy and didn't support my back very well.

The area was perfect. We were right in the heart of Kelowna and all amenities were close

No free parking for our stay. The room was Expensive and no microwave. We have stayed in cheaper places that had more to offer in the room.
