"A nice hotel for a one night stop along the Nakasendo Road"

The room was bigger than I thought it would be, and the decoration throughout the hotel was really nice. It felt safe and clean and the location was good. The buffet breakfast was also really tasty!

Maybe because there was construction work everywhere it felt a little tired. The toilets on my floor were all squat toilets apart from one and the washlet sink was yellow. I also didn't know I had to separately reserve dinner and because basically every restaurant in town was closed I had instant ramen bought at reception.

"Für den Preis war es okey."

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei meiner Ankunft wollte ich das Zimmer upgraden, da mir das Einzelzimmer ohne Fenster und eigenem Bad überhaupt nicht zusagte. Das Personal hatte sofort ein grösseres Zimmer bereit und der Preis war wirklich günstig. Die Betten im grossen Zimmer geben sehr warm.

Wie erwähnt, habe ich zuerst das kleine Zimmer gebucht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass man da nicht ein mal ein Fenster hat. Das Zimmer war neu, aber wer mehr als nur Schlafen will im Hotel sollte sich ein anderes Zimmer nehmen. Das grosse Zimmer schien renoviert worden zu sein, da es bis vor einem Jahr ein Raucherzimmer war, jedoch roch es so, als wäre seit einem Jahr nicht mehr gelüftet worden. Für den Preis den ich bezahlt habe, kann man aber wirklich nicht meckern, weil das Zimmer echt gross war und mit grösszügigem Lüften ging der Geruch auch weg. Den Onsen habe ich nur einmal benutzt und dabei blieb es auch. Der Eingangsbereich und die Umkleide scheinen neu zu sein, aber das Bad selbst ist uralt und sieht ziemlich schmuddlig aus und es rocht stark nach Chlor. Schade.

Good stop along the Nagasendo Trail. 15 minutes from the station. Nice Onsen.

Staff could have explained more the amenities and Services of the hotel.

"Goed voor een nacht"

Een prima hotel voor een nachtje. Ik had bijna het gevoel alsof ik in iemand anders zijn slaapkamer sliep. De onsen was erg goed en ze hebben een sauna!

Ze waren aan het verbouwen en verder was het erg basic. Prima voor 1 nacht

Todo impecable, muy limpio. Puedes usar ropa tradicional entregada por el mismo hotel. Además tienen onsen, que viene incluido en la estancia y lo mejor que los tatuajes están permitidos.
