Serietà del personale: ci siamo accorti di non avere il telecomando del climatizzatore e ci hanno subito cambiato stanza risolvendo il problema in un minuto. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out, struttura pulita e in posizione ottima.

Hotel muy nuevo con habitaciones y baño muy amplio.Está muy bien ubicado. Se llega andando a cualquier sitio de interés y al mismo tiempo al estar en una callecita se amortiguaba mucho el bullicio de la calle principal que está al lado. La última mañana nuestro ferry salía muy temprano, antes del horario del desayuno y nos prepararon unos desayunos y cafés para llevar. El personal muy atento y amable. Repetiríamos sin duda

Quizás un poco de variedad en el desayuno

La vicinanza al centro città

La difficoltà di arrivare con l'auto alla struttura per scaricare i bagagli. La strada principale non consente di arrivare davanti all'hotel a causa di uno spartitraffico e non ci sono parcheggi di carico/scarico nei pressi dell'hotel. Alla fine siamo dovuti andare direttamente al parcheggio convenzionato e portarci i tre bagagli a mano

Beautiful interior exceptionally clean throughout. Lad at front of desk was so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t understand other reviews negative comments about cleanliness??? Car park easily accessible and cost was the same everywhere and literally a few mins walk. Helped with the 10pc discount from hotel too!!!

The room was very small, my husband and I are neither tall or on the larger body size but if you were you would struggle in room 204. The bedside cabinet should be removed and some simple shelves put in there would have helped so that the French door to the Juliet balcony could have been opened but we could not move the double bed as no room.

L’accoglienza,la pulizia,il profumo che già si sprigionava all’entrata principale ed in tutto l’hotel qualcosa di indescrivibile! Posizione super 🙌🏻 Il Chico alla reception gentilissimo! Colazione abbondante! Tutto 🔝
