Location, and cleaners are very nice and do a great job

No reception staff available after 5pm, which became an issue when the batteries in the TV remote were dead during the World Cup — something that could have easily been resolved if reception had been open. Room technically had WiFi, but in practical terms, was completely unusable The rooms are very dated, with no fridge and extremely limited space. The bed was positioned so that you could only get out on one side, which is inconvenient when sharing. The bathroom door was particularly uncomfortable: it had a half-transparent glass panel directly beside the bed, offering virtually no privacy. We later found out this was the only room with this design. When we asked to change rooms because of the lack of privacy, the receptionist’s first response was, “Are you not a couple?” — which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. The conversation was in English, but she then spoke to cleaning staff in Spanish (which I also understand), and the comments made were unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and poorly handled, and the room did not meet expectations.

La ubicación. La recepción e instalaciones generales del hotel muy cuidadas. Aire acondicionado tipo split funciona muy bien.

La habitación un poco obsoleta. Le vendría bien una reforma. No dispone de nevera.

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang, schnelles Ein- und Aus-Checken. Sehr einfacher 24 Stunden Zugang in das Hotel und in das Zimmer mit einem PIN. Lobby und Frühstücksraum sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Fahrt mit dem gläsernen Fahrstuhl war jedes Mal ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gab auch einen Tresor im Zimmer. Auf dem Zimmer gab es Wasser, Kaffee und Tee, was uns sehr erfreut hat und unseren Tag gut starten ließ. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein für zwei Personen und wir hatten leider nicht so viel Stauraum beziehungsweise Ablageflächen. Die Matratze hätte etwas härter sein können, da sich eine leichte Kuhle gebildet hat, wenn man sich reingelegt hat.

Soft beds, and the air-condition was leaking badly. We been promised that the air-condition was fixed, when in fact it wasn't at all.

O quarto era bastante amplo e confortável, bonito e com um banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Fica localizado próximo a alguns restaurantes. O café da manhã não é feito na acomodação.

Como é descrito como hotel, imaginei que houvesse uma recepção 24h, mas não. A recepção funcionada apenas das 9h as 17h, fora desse horario você só pode se comunicar em caso de emergência. Como o café da manhã era feito em uma padaria próxima ao hotel, você não pode comer à vontade, tem direito apenas ao menu predeterminado. Ou seja, se enquadra mais como Hostel do que como Hotel.

Ik vond het jammer dat het ontbijt niet in het pand zelf was. Het ontbijt kreeg je bij een Panadería verderop.

Lovely and clean, great decor, excellent location

Spa bath didn’t work. Never bothered to report it the next morning as we were only there two nights.This should be checked prior to guest arrival to ensure it’s in full working order. Key code for front entrance wouldn’t work, luckily some other guests were leaving so we managed to get in. Reported it to reception next morning and it was working then.
