Vivanta Kathmandu

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Vivanta Kathmandu. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made me feel genuinely cared for as I was unwell during my stay, the team went the extra mile by providing a thermometer, a hot water bottle, fruits and checking on my health daily. The restaurant food was delicious, offering a great variety and excellent quality throughout. Special thanks to Laxmi, Ramita, Luza, Sishir, and Joshina for their kindness, attentiveness, and warm service. The manager and entire staff deserve praise for their professionalism and thoughtful care. Vivanta Kathmandu truly reflects the essence of hospitality and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

I love staying at Vivanta Kathmandu. Rooms are very comfortable. Very good choice for breakfast and food. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Location of the hotel is also very good with a variety of restaurants around. Roads with less traffic around.... good for a morning run. Early morning run in the lanes around Patan Darbar Square was also a great experience.

My experience at this hotel was flawless from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better — close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. Housekeeping was on point, and the entire property felt safe and well-maintained. What stood out most was the attention to detail — from quick check-in to small gestures that made the experience personal. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly sets the standard for hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

Amazing food by chef Rishi Khatri. Enjoyed the cousins. Perfect staff and service. Suajn Bhanu and Amrit are fantastic service crews. I am enjoying every time from last 2 years.

I had wonderful experience during my stay . The food was excellent, especially during breakfast which offer variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff is very attentive, caring and ready to help with smile. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The food at vivanta Kathmandu was absolutely amazing every dish was delicious and full of flavor. But what truly made the experience special was Bhanu Bhai’s outstanding service. He was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Honestly, everything from the food to the hospitality was just perfect!
