Sometimes breakfast got a little busy and took a while. Food when ordered was nice but the items on display at the buffet were not the best. Pancakes can be improved. It should be thick and fluffy with real melted chocolate not from a sauce bottle

Very centrally located. Overall it is strategically situated. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Clean and hygienic place

Mr. Anup was excellent at his work very polite very charming I would love to see him next time also for his excellent services. Miss Soniya and supriya were also great at their work and to mention all the staff were really polite and helpful. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

The overall hospitality and the food were awesome! Loved the place, vibe and atmosphere. Chef had magic in his hands. Service was best too. Will come again :)

Awesome stay - excellent service by Manish (duty manager) and his team - wonderful food and warm and fast service by the F&B folks (Ramita, Shisheer, Laxmi, Luja, Rahul and others). You guys made our stay super special. The Nepali thali was superb and the cutting chai was the best ever had in hotels across - French toasts were amazing too. Kudos to the chef. The rooms were comfy and the beds luxurious! Will plan our return to Kathmandu next year again! U guys ROCK!!! Front office manager Suresh runs a grand operation with good heart. Kudos to Taj.

We couldn’t have experienced a more comfortable and relaxed stay. The room was spacious and very well appointed including a lovely fresh floral arrangement. Reception and restaurant staff were polite and extremely attentive. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with a range of Nepali, Indian and Western options which changed regularly. I would highly recommend the hot milk chai which is made with fresh spices. We would especially like to express our appreciation to Laxmi, Rahul, Sushant and Ramita for taking such good care of us.
