Very nice staff hot water wasn't working for bath and very nice lady came in and spent 5 mins trying to get it working

Hot water for bath wasn't working ( still went for bath but cold bath lol ) nice lady from reception came in trying to get it working

Convenient for the M6. Comfortable and clean.

No hot water the first day so unable to bath or shower. Fortunately this was rectified by the time I returned on the second day.
