Phòng cũng sạch, 2 giường đôi rất bự và thoải mái. Vị trí ok, gần sông Hàn, chạy xe ra biển cũng tiện.

Cách âm cực kỳ kém, ồn ào, rất ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ, đặc biệt là tối khuya hay nghe thấy tiếng ồn từ ngoài phố, sáng sớm thì nghe tiếng nói chuyện, đùa giỡn ở hồ bơi. Cách thiết kế hồ bơi, khu ăn uống không được tốt, khiến không gian chật hẹp hơn. Xe máy không có giá đỡ điện thoại, rất khó để mò đường để đi các địa điểm tham quan, đặc biệt là du khách không rành đường. Nhân viên không được chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn không tận tình. Gia đình mình chắc không quay lại!

The room and the bedsheets are not clean, dirty sheets, bugs and ants in the cot that we have got rashes by bug bites. Very rude staff only focused on taking money from you and not bothered about the housekeeping

Lovely big bed and huge windows to look out of that bought in a lot of light. Great room for the price and good location

There was building works going on basically in the hotel which started very early in the morning and it was above the pool so i didn’t feel like it was a good idea to use the pool

I stayed initially at the hotel for 3 days but extended my stay for a further 4 days. Very pleasant, friendly hotel staff who helped me hire a scooter and matched me with a suitable room to continue my stay there. The rooms are clean, with large windows. The location is super: 5 minutes to get to the neighbourhood with different cafes and restaurants, as well as the beach.

Overall we were satisfied. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a good sauna.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy and ridiculously short (about 1 m was missing). When we told the reception that we wanted to use the sauna, they said it was on, even though it wasn't. After we mentioned this, they turned it on.

Room size was good

Staff constantly on their phones. Lost an item of laundry. Very apathetic when asked to try to locate the item
