Khách sạn rất oke,phòng nhận sạch sẽ nhưng phòng chúng tôi đặt là 1 giường đôi nhưng khi đến nhận là 2 gường đôi nhưng cũng chấp nhận đc, tuy nhiên bên cạch là tòa nhà thi công nên rất ồn ào. Không thích hợp nghỉ trưa

Bể bơi được bỏ quá nhiều clo nên rất nồng mùi, vì đi chơi ngoài nhiều nên cũng k tìm hiểu các dịch vụ khác ở đây.

Spacious apartment, easy bike rental facility, and daily housekeeping.

The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony that was handy for drying clothes. However, a drying rack would have made it much easier. Unfortunately, the sofa was old, stained, and partially broken, and we also noticed ants in the kitchen area, which meant we couldn’t leave food out. One major disappointment was the lack of utensils in the apartment. Since we had booked an apartment specifically to cook (one of us is vegetarian), this was frustrating. We managed to borrow some cutlery and utensils from the hotel’s restaurant, but they weren’t very clean, so we barely used them. The minibar items in the fridge were not complimentary, but there were no signs or prior information given about this. We only drank the water bottles since no other drinking water was provided on the first day, and thankfully, Khang at reception kindly waived that charge for us. Similarly, we were not informed about a 3% fee for paying by card. Khang, who was very polite and helpful, apologized and refunded this as a goodwill gesture. Thanks Khang for being kind and nice. We didn’t have time to use the swimming pool, sauna, or the complimentary foot massage. Since there were three of us staying in the apartment, it would have been nice if three massages were included instead of just one.

Sauna wasn’t really usable, construction work outside so a bit noisy during the day

The room, the staff all ok, facilities ok, one of the good things about the restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights with my wife and one of the things that bothered us was that next to the hotel they are working on the construction of a building and at 7 am or before they start the work, so at 7 am there is noise from drilling, hammering on the walls, I definitely do not recommend this hotel because of all the noise, you can't rest easy, maybe from the seventh floor onwards you don't hear so much noise, but we stayed on the second floor, if you book this hotel, please demand to stay on one of the floors after the sixth or seventh floor. Last but not least, the towel were smelly.
