I wanted peace in a serene setting surrounded by quality furnishings and It was exactly what I received.

Rhys the host was great, friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and so was the rest of the property. Great location for us as it allowed us to have a great nights sleep before travelling onto Wellington.

I can't complain at all, this is exceptional value

Easy to park, very prompt response from host. Clean.

It was functional, with the atmosphere of a cross between a hostel and an old people's home. My room was right next to the shared toilet with the headboard against the dividing wall - not at all pleasant acoustics all night long!

Location was good. Host very friendly. Facilities what I would expect for the price

Needed earplugs to block out other guests but. no traffic noise though. Be perfect if you were the only ones there.

Very convenient location, close to my event and centre of town (walking distance to shops and cafes). Rhys, my host, was very helpful in accommodating my horse truck, there was ample parking for it which made life a lot easier.

Location was very good and close to dinner restaurants and takeaways
