Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location. Overall Good experience. Cons: Microwave door is not opening full. Shower area is too Narrow. Breakfast options could be better. People using the center of building space as smoking area.

This has a great location for visiting Mountain View and Silicon Valley in general. We had an updated room and it was very clean and nice. Staff provided extra blankets when requested very quickly.

The facility is currently being renovated so breakfast was grab and go instead of a in a dining room, still there was a hot buffet. The pool was not in use because of renovations, but we didn't need it as we were in town for a family event. I would definitely stay here again due to room size and convenience of kitchens in the room.
