I really loved the way the rooms are designed, they give guests privacy.

Some things, like the kitchen, seemed to be in poor condition. The toilet in the bathroom didn't flush properly, and the bathtub didn't work very well either. I didn't find any extra dishes or plastic bags for the trash. My reservation was for 6 adults and I only found 1 bowl (plate )and a 1 single fork. Again it was a reservation for 6 adults and we only found 4 towels to use, at the reception I asked for extra towels and blanket which I never received. We found garbage bags in the closet and we left them there. We also found pans inside where the AC unit was and left them there. They need more cleaning and details to be corrected so their units look better.

Good visit, basket ball court swimming pool close and nice. At night our bldg 1 was near street, very loud. Otherwise very nice

Kitchen area, kitchen utilities (like coffee maker) need to be better cleaned. The few things we touched or used in the kitchen felt sticky. Areas in front of apartments (doors, stairways, etc) need cleaning too.reaemtns Had we had time to enjoy the pool, we would not have used it. I definitely needs cleaning, not only in terms what was floating on the surface but also had accumulated on the bottom

It worked well for our weekend away and hiking. Loved the kithchen

We had a great stay here. The "loft suite" unit was bigger than I expected. It fit what I was looking for: bigger than 2 standard hotel rooms at lower price. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The breakfast, while not quite the variety of some hotels, was great. A mix of hot food (most days some type of egg, meat, and potato) and cold (cereal, apples, bagels/toast, Greek yogurt, ...) and an automatic pancake maker. The quality wasn't quite restaurant quality, but to me better than fast food quality. The bonus was that the selection changed a bit each day, great if you are staying for a while! The only downside for me was the the wifi was, well, unacceptable. The connection was excellent, but speeds were snail slow. Not "I can't watch Netflix" slow, but "After 6 tries I finally saw whether I had a new email" slow. I'm a Travel Pass member, but used the guest access (I couldn't figure out how to switch back, and didn't even remember the email I used). If there is decent Internet for Travel Pass members, then ignore this. Everything else was so good that I couldn't knock the rating down a star (but had to mention it). The one thing I found odd was that the master bedroom had the 2 double beds, and the loft had the king bed. I would have expected it the other way around, but both had their own bathroom/shower which was nice!

Room was filthy, black soot in bathtub. Disgusting, had to leave and fina another place to stay.

Sonesta hotels are great Only I don’t like to pay for parking

There was dust in the bathrooms like no ones dusted in weeks! Lots of dust and carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time! Very disappointing especially for the price we paid for the loft!
