Ourr stay was not a stay at all. We stayed there previously 10 times and apparently they are in the middle of selling. No towels,pans,garbage disposal,holes in floor,Sheets were not clean,no dish soap,pool and jacuzzi did not work,handicap chair for jacuzzi was broken, food not available for breakfast,not ADA efficient, we complained and Victoria at the front desnk was wonderful and refunded our money but apparently Hotles.com chanrged me anyways......what happens now???

Lobby was nice

Everything else. Location was not safe, lighting at night was a big concern given the type of people that hung out around the area. The room was also very dirty and furniture and floor were very stained and had food stuck to it. Dining table was very wobbly and un usable. Big glads mirror in the living space was practically falling off the wall and was a big concern since i had little ones with me. Also the surprise of paying an extra $250 upon checking in as a holding fee. Ridiculous, will never stay here again. Should’ve just gone with our other option.

Tágas nagy parkoló.

A képeken jól nézett ki a családi lakosztály, de a valóságban nagyon leromlott volt. Koszos padlószőnyeg, elhasznált kanapé, leszakadt gardrób ajtó. Kutyabarát szállás, ami jó, de az ázottkutya szag nem igazán. A reggeli eleve nem nagy szám az amerikai szállodákban de ez kifejezetten gyenge volt. Más sonesta hotelhez képest ez klasszisokkal rosszabb.

Room was cute and remodeled. Ice machine was not working outside. AC was not working well in the room. Pool are iwas no good. Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was not good. Fake eggs. Staff at reception was nice tho. Won’t stay again tho
