I liked the location.

I did not like the lady who checked me in customer service. She was very nonchalant. I did not like that the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, dog fur in the top corner of the bed, dirty microwave, or ants that I had to purchase bug spray for. I checked in on a Saturday evening, so there was no maintenance, no manager, no outing me in a different room. A follow-up would have been nice, and I mentioned this to the manager on checkout on Tuesday. I sent an email through booking.com, and the owner never addressed the issue, never made it right. It's been several days an no response.

To love that the rooms were on different levels which made if feel very spaces. The pleasure of having two full baths made getting ready for the day faster and a lot smoother

I did not enjoy my stay at this property and was very disappointed with the overall condition. The first room I was assigned was dirty, with a couch that looked unclean to the point I didn’t feel comfortable using it, oddly folded pillows, and a rusted bathtub. Basic amenities were also lacking—there was no working cable service, which made the stay less enjoyable. After requesting a room change, the second room was still underwhelming and did not meet expectations. The facilities overall felt poorly maintained, and even simple things like bathroom lighting were inadequate to the point that we chose to go home to shower. This experience was far from relaxing and did not feel worth the money. I expected much better quality and upkeep, especially for a staycation close to home.
