Noise between 12 mid and 3 am. Some party or something

Nothing. The new management is terrible and the facilities are dirty. A fire occurred due to all of the construction going on. Why is a place even open during this extensive amount of construction?

The new management is terrible. The new owner is greedy and doesn’t know how to run a business. Everyone should stay FAR away from here if you can. A fire occurred the day before we arrived and the hotel cancelled our reservation an hour before we got there ON THE FOLLOWING DAY. I was traveling with my family, which includes elderly people and the new owner of the property refused to accommodate us by offering lodging at a partnered property. I spoke with management and they said that the new owner broke their older policy and refused to accommodate other patrons who also lost their reservations due to this fire. The way that the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Everyone should stay far away from this property.

I checked in 1/21/26 you charged me and so did Sonesta. It looks like you charged me for 1/21/26 - 2/7./26 $1235.16 is that correct? How many days was that for? I have been charged by you and Sonesta. 1/21/26 Sonesta charged me 198.36 for 1/21/26- 1/24/26. Manager Larry locked me out and said my reservation was not continued. 1/24/26 I had the conformation from you but they would not honor it. I showed Larry on my phone. Jennifer was very helpful and polite so that is why I stayed there. Cassie was nice and did get me some dishes because my room did not have enough. I thought Melissa was good until I received my bill 2/21/26 that is when I found out that Sonesta over charged me. Melissa said she would keep my rate the same at booking.com Sonesta continued charging me daily through 3/7/26 I checked out prior to 11:00 am I have called many times only to be disconnected. 1314 The first room stank of dog and poop - did not have enough dishes, electric plugs did not work. Microwave blew up and no use. Finally moved to new room 1313 smelled of smoke. but cleaner than the other room.
