The fact that there was a stain on our carpet in our room and we got blamed for it. When it was there from the start

We really liked the studio layout! Didn't have the occasion to use the kitchenette but it had a full freezer/fridge and appliances on hand.

The air conditioning was really loud when it kicked on, so much so we couldn't hear the TV.

Could've been a little more clean. Couch was stained up.

Staff was helpful and responsive.

Multiple systems failures. AC on a hot day, fire alarm going off at 2AM and buzzing all night. Door lock very difficult to operate, requiring multiple rekeys. Inadequate/poor facilities. Extended stay, handicapped accessible room with furniture too low to get into and out of comfortably, bar height chair for a regular table height, only 1 fork, 1 coffee cup and 1 short glass, with only 2 of other flatware and dishes. Desk clerk gave me some additional items, but no glasses or coffee cups. Inadequate communications. Owner sent message about work going on the day AFTER I could gave cancelled without losing my payment for the month. Room was supposed to be cleaned every 7 days, but didn't happen at all unless I complained. Multiple temporary signs about changes to conditions, most worded offensively. Breakfast, only on weekends, minimal at best and, to my knowledge, never refilled after opening. Good luck if you came after the first hour. Overall, a lousy stay. Unfortunately, since it was prepaid and I needed a handicap accessible room and shower, I was stuck
