Struttura centralissima nei vicoli di Polignano, servizi di ogni genere a portata di mano. Camera con doppio terrazzo a disposizione veramente caratteristico. Host super disponibile e gentile.

Bagno un po’ piccolo , pulizia generale da migliorare, scale segnalate ma non quanto siano strette e si fa difficoltà con bagagli grandi.

The property was actually very nice - it was in the great location close to the city centre, the balcony and the sundeck were lovely. They cleaned the apartment one during my stay

The shower is very small and gets wet; there are two sets of very steep stairs. However, what I found very upsetting is that they accused me of not paying the city tax of 14 Euro, whereas actually followed the instructions they sent to leave the money and the key on the table. I even sent them the photo - I left double the amount, as the city tax and the tips for the cleaner. I find it outrageous that even though I followed their instructions and if someone took the money after I left to blame me when I followed their instructions precisely. It feels like a scam. I have never in my life experienced such treatment, and for this reason do not recommend this property. They even messaged Booking.com to say I did not pay the city tax - which is even worse, because I explained the situation to them directly. Also, if someone can take the money so easily from the apartment they should have a different system, or include the city tax into the price.

Struttura vicina al centro storico e al mare, molto caratteristica!

Box doccia troppo piccolo e pulizia da rivedere.

Situation géographique. Logement avec du charme, décoré avec goût. Petit balcon. Très calme.

Nous n’avons pas été accueilli, nous n’avons vu personne. Douche exiguë .

Great location

L'appartement était cosi et bien placé. Il était bien décoré. Seul bémol pour se garer, mais la solution a été trouvée en demandant aux locaux.

Difficultés pour se garer.
