The location is fantastic. It’s in the center of Polignano a Mare, a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the magnificent sea views. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The balcony was also nice especially in the morning.

The space in the bathroom in Il Balconcino unit is too small that I didn’t have space for my toilettries. There was not enough lighting too. It felt dark at night. No water kettle for hot water. I didn’t cook but if someone wanted to, there is not enough cooking tools.

Buona la posizione nonché la camera in sé che comprendeva oltre al balcone anche il terrazzo, letto comodo e host gentile e disponibile

Nel complesso non era molto pulito, inoltre lo stendibiancheria era rotto ed è stato portato nuovo solo all’ultimo giorno di pernottamento. Peccato anche per il bagno che non è finestrato.

The apartment is amazing! Spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. It has two charming terraces, one of them offers stunning 360-degree views of Polignano. I highly recommend it!

Great location, balcony had a lovely breeze and was somewhat protected from the sun (top terrace had a great view but too hot in the summer).

Not super spacious and low clearance between the bathroom and bedroom. Could overlook all of this if the place was cleaner. Bathroom and aircon were mouldy, a few stains on sheets and the vanity in the bathroom was falling apart.

The apartment is small but beautifully furnished and cozy, by foot one minute to the historical city center. Perfect for a short stay!

For us it was perfect - I can see how the shower might be an issue for taller people. My partner could just stand straight (180 cm) 🤭

Right in the center, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony is great!
