Very comfortable and convenient with the carpark next door.

Very hot. Towel rail in bathroom was blisteringly hot and couldn't be turned down. One window didn't stay open and needs attention Check in time is wrong on Booking.com. Needs correcting. It is 15.00 not 14.00. This was inconvenient and no one answered when I rang.

The sheets were nice and the bed was comfortable. And the hot chocolate was a big hit with my daughter, nice touch in addition to tea and coffee.

The noise from the water or pipes all night combined with hearing every footstep and creak in the building like it was next to me meant I didn't get a lot of sleep until I remembered I had ear plugs. Make sure to bring some!
