Too hot, bed really uncomfortable (you need a new one), duvet uncomfortable and too hot.

The sheets were nice and the bed was comfortable. And the hot chocolate was a big hit with my daughter, nice touch in addition to tea and coffee.

The noise from the water or pipes all night combined with hearing every footstep and creak in the building like it was next to me meant I didn't get a lot of sleep until I remembered I had ear plugs. Make sure to bring some!

Location was excellent , just near to the pub which was also very nice.

The walls were very thin so could hear the neighbors
